The Small Print

These competitions are only open to people over the age of 18 and to people not connected with the Spain one Stop website.

The all winning announcements will be made when thier respective  hit counter reaches 1000 and not before.

When the counter reaches 1000 it will be reset to 0 and a new competition will start. If an entry is made after the counter reaches 1000 any money paid will go into the new competition if the entry is a valid one with correct answers etc..

Any invalid clicks on the counter will be removed. i.e. any clicks that are found not to correspond with payment details. Anyone using the refresh or back button to inflate the number of hits on the counter on a competition will be disqualified and forfeit their entry fee. All IP addresses are tracked for this purpose.

Only contestants with the correct answers to the questions will be eligble to win.

When the winner is chosen, the decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into regarding disputes.

The winner must be aware that their name and their nearest City will be used for further promotions on this website. No contact details will be revealed from the entry form, unless permission is granted by the winner.

Any contestant giving an invalid email address in the entry form, will forfeit any money paid to enter the competition. So double check your email address when you enter. If the winner has given an invalid email address they will lose their prize and another winner will be chosen.  

The winner of any prizes will be contacted within 48 hrs of the announcement of the winner, via the email address they entered on the entry form, and will receive their prize within 30 days of the winner being announced. All prizes will be paid by cheque in euros or via paypal.

Under certain circumstances where property is the prize this will take longer due to the legal issues.

If you win a holiday, the date that you receive your prize will be within 90 days of the announcment of the winner.

Persons will only be entered into the competition after payment is received in full and confirmed by the webmaster of this site.

All contestants must be aware that there is no set date for the announcement of the winner to take place. The announcement is governed by the counter that is displayed on the payment received page and the home page. 1000 is the magic number.

The win a holiday competition is only open to residents of U.K. If you enter the win a holiday competition and you are not resident in the U.K. your entry will not be valid and you will lose your entry fee. A valid Driving licence will be required if a hire car is supplied. Where needed a hire car will be available for the duration of the holiday. All insurance deposits must be paid by the winner to the car hire company, and all being well the deposit will be returned at the end of the holiday. 

No refunds will be given at any time.
