A gas boiler is fitted to provide hot water for kitchen and shower room and an air conditioning unit is installed to keep the living area cool in summer.

Outside there is a walled concrete patio area approx 3.5 m * 4 m and a pergola made from round timber which could be covered to provide shade along the front of the property. The property is surrounded by a chain link fence within this area parking for your car .
