Our location
We are located on the south coast of Spain exactly half way between Malaga and Almeria (Costa Tropical) where property is still relatively cheap compared with the rest of the Costas. This is because this area is predominantly an agricultural area at the moment, but this will soon change. A new motorway is being built between Malaga and Almeria and should be finished by 2009. This new motorway will make a huge difference to the price of property in this area, as the time it takes to get here from the airports at Malaga or Almeria will be greatly reduced. Already two thirds completed this motorway has made a large difference, to the price of land and houses in this area.
When we decided to move here, we wanted to see the properties we had chosen, for ourselves. We also needed to investigate the area where we intended to live without the hard sell you often experience from companies that offer inspection packages.
By doing this ourselves, we had to pay for accommodation. Even out of season this is expensive, but worth it if you find the property that exactly matches your criteria.

This year (in or out of season) we are offering this accommodation at 250 euros per week plus 50 euros refundable deposit, payable at the time of booking. Your deposit will not be refunded if you cancel your booking within two weeks of your stay. Terms and conditions apply.
If you book your flights and car hire through this website and produce your receipt, you will get a discount of 50 euros. To be eligible for 50 euro discount your minimum stay must be at least one week.
The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of your stay if no costs are incurred due to breakages and or damage to the accommodation.
