Our location

We are located on the south coast of Spain exactly half way between Malaga and Almeria (Costa Tropical) where property is still relatively cheap compared with the rest of the Costas. This is because this area is predominantly an agricultural area at the moment, but this will soon change. A new motorway is being built between Malaga and Almeria and should be finished by 2011. This new motorway will make a huge difference to the price of property in this area, as the time it takes to get here from the airports at Malaga or Almeria will be greatly reduced. Already two thirds completed this motorway has made a large difference, to the price of land and houses in this area.

When we decided to move here, we wanted to see the properties we had chosen, for ourselves. We also needed to investigate the area where we intended to live without the hard sell you often experience from companies that offer inspection packages.

By doing this ourselves, we had to pay for accommodation. Even out of season this is expensive, but worth it if you find the property that exactly matches your criteria.

After all you are the one who is about to spend your hard earned cash on your dream property in the Sun. Why let someone else make your decision for you! Or push you into buying something, that doesn’t quite come up to your expectations.

Viewing is an important part of the buying process. Expensive mistakes can be made at this stage if you buy in haste. Take your time and choose carefully.

Being equidistant from three airports this is the ideal place from which to search for your new investment property in the Sun. 

Bed and breakfast in this area can be between 30 and 50 euros a night. Renting an apartment 500 to 1000 euros for one week and a villa even more.

We realize that when you are looking for a property the last thing you want to do is  pay vast sums of money for accommodation. Money that could be used for other things.

This is why we are offering an inexpensive alternative.

We have a large mobile home on our property which is capable of sleeping 2 people in comfort; it has air conditioning, its own water and electricity, shower room and W.C. cooking facilities, Satellite t.v (possible).  Sea and mountain views and is within four kilometers of several villages.

This year (for long term let only Min 3 months) we are offering this accommodation at £40 per week . Payment is one month in advance and a deposit of £300

The deposit will be refunded to you at the end of the letting period if no costs are incurred due to breakages and or damage to the accommodation. 

You will also have to pay for electricity, Gas, and Water.
